While I have a general focus on matters surrounding family (as noted under the "Our Services" menu), I can help with other matters as well. Call me. Sometimes not calling a lawyer right away, when you have a sneaking suspicion that you probably need one,  can make matters worse. If you think you need a lawyer, you probably do. Waiting might make matters worse. I know that sounds self serving. Not meant to be.

Sometimes preventative legal advise  can save you money and a whole bunch of emotional pain. Usually "preventative legal advise" is not free or provided on a contingency (for, hopefully, very obvious reasons). But a few bucks spent now can save many thousands later.

I won't tell you that every consultation you have with me will be free of charge, but I will tell you up front whether I am willing to consult with you on a particular issue for free or if there will be a fee. If there will be a fee, I will tell you how much up front before you are obligated to spend a penny.

Being a lawyer is supposed to be an honor not a right.

It IS how I make my living BUT, I recognize the trust you will be putting in me. I don't take that lightly.
